Tasty Vegetarian Meat Loaf
Here's a recipe for a quick, easy and tasty vegetarian meat loaf that you can whip up in less than 15 minutes. It's a big hit in our circle and another dish that's always cleaned out at any potluck. Most of the potlucks we attend are vegetarian.
8 CUPS SPECIAL-K
1 750g COTTAGE CHEESE
1 TEASPOON CHICKEN FLAVORING
1 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
Crack three eggs into a large mixing bowl. Empty the 750g container of cottage cheese. Next add one teaspoon of onion powder and chicken flavoring. Mix thoroughly. Finally add eight cups of Special-K. Still until all ingredients are blended evenly. Mash well with potatoe masher and place into an eight inch greased pan and presto... your entree is ready for the oven.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
