      Interesting..... I love watermelon sprinkled with "tajin", a powdered mixture of lemon, salt and chili pepper, it brings out its sweet juicy flavor. I knew it has a low GI and good fiber but I wasn´t aware of all its benefits. Now I´ll enjoy it even more.

      I didn't know all of this about watermelon. But it's good information, especially it helping to fight infection and cancer. And not to mention it's a nice refreshing alternative to soda or sugary juices and drinks. Solid hub!
