Chicken Parmesan

Hi

My name is Lisa, One of my very favorite meals is Chicken Parmesan, I like it either way in a sandwich or with pasta. My family prefers sandwiches so that is what I make more often. I will show you how to prepare a fantastic sandwich.First I will get your ingredient list and then how to prepare your meal. I have an ingredient list and a preparation and cooking list. Please feel free to adjust to your own liking. I love garlic and can get a bit garlic happy at times. Some people like a little bit more or less sauce and cheese please adjust as if your need to . I like to have a nice garden salad with mine or some crispy french fries. ENJOY

Cooking Instructions

preparation and cooking

  1. Clean and cut chicken breast into thin cutlets
  2. Beat 2-3 eggs in a small dish
  3. Put bread crumbs in a container that is big enough to use to bread your chicken cutlets
  4. chop your garlic clove add to bread crumb mix and add dry seasonings to bread crumb mix
  5. start heating your oil for frying
  6. Dip cutlets in egg and then coat with bread crumbs
  7. Start heating your spaghetti sauce in a saucepan and add a little garlic and pepper to your sauce and let simmer while frying cutlets
  8. heat oven to 325( if your oven lets you broil at that temp is better than bake)
  9. Fry chicken to a nice golden brown crisp consistancy
  10. Once Cutlets are done frying place them in a single layer in a bakepan
  11. coat all cutlets with spaghetti sauce
  12. place the slices of provolone across the top of the cutlets and then add the mozzarella cheese. I usually cut the slices of provolone into littler pieces so I can spread out the cheese so each piece will get some of that flavor mixed in with the mozzarella
  13. place in oven until cheese is melted to your liking
  14. *toast your bread now if that is your preference
