Delicious Mini Meatloafs Cooked In A Muffin Pan
Here is a recipe for delicious mini meat loafs that you cook in the cups of a muffin pan. You'll want to prepare your muffin pan by spraying the pan inside the muffin cups with vegetable cooking spray. This way your mini meat loafs will slip right out of the muffin cups.

Mini Meatloaf Recipe And Instructions
1. One Pound Ground Beef.
2. One Half Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal.
3. One Fourth Cup Red Or Purple Finely Chopped Sweet Onion.
4. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.
5. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.
6. One Large Egg.
7. One Half Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese.
Put all the ingredients but the egg into a bowl and mix well. Beat your egg very well and then add it to the mixture being sure that the egg gets mixed into the egg mixture very well. For the best flavored meat loaf use the cheaper ground beef. The leaner ground beef will never be as flavorful as the cheap ground beef.
Be Sure That Your Onion Gets Very Finely Chopped.
You want your sweet onion to be very finely chopped. You don't want any large pieces of onion in your meat loaf. Once your meat is very well mixed you can use a small ice cream scoop to scoop up the meat mixture and fill your muffin cups to make delicious miniature meat loafs.
Try putting bacon inside of some and topping those mini meat loafs with shredded cheddar cheese and just a little bit more crisp bacon bits. You won't believe what a wonderful flavor combination you have until you taste it. I promise you that kids will love them made this way.

With your toppings you can either put the toppings inside the mini meat loaf or on top of the meat loaf or both. If you want to put it inside the meat loaf and on top spray your muffin pan with vegetable cooking spray and then put a ice cream scoop of the mixed meat in the bottom of the muffin cup and then some of the topping of your choice and another scoop of meat on top of the topping. Sprinkle a little more of the topping on top of that mini meat loaf.

Delicious Homemade Meatloaf Recipe With Tomato Gravy
This meat loaf recipe is really delicious with a lot of flavor. You can buy the more expensive meat to make your meat loaf with but you'll never get the flavor that you will with the cheaper ground beef.
Don't forget to slice up some left over meat loaf and make it into delicious meat loaf sandwiches. In case you don't know meat loaf is a ground meat mixture that is shaped into a loaf and baked. Meat loafs can be made from beef, veal, lamb, or pork. And of course chicken or turkey.
If your trying to make a healthier meat loaf, start with lean beef or pork and place the loaf on a rack over a roasting pan so the excess fat can drain off while the meat loaf bakes. Meat Loaf With Tomato Gravy Instructions, Ingredients and Recipe.
1. Two Pounds of Ground Beef.
2. One Envelope Taco Seasoning.
3. One Half Cup Italian Bread Crumbs.
4. One Small Sweet Purple Or Red Onion Diced Very Fine.
5. One Fourth Cup Very Fine Chopped Celery.
6. One Third Cup Ketchup.
7. One Can Rotel Tomatoes With Chilies.
8. One Half Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese.
9. Tomato Gravy Below.
Stir together the first six ingredients until well blended. Shape into a loaf. Wet your hands with water and smooth your meatloaf out very smooth. Then put the can of Rotel Tomatoes With Chilies on top of the meatloaf and spread it around with your hands to coat the outside of the meatloaf well.
Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Pour off the excess juices. Sprinkle the meat loaf with the cheese and let it stand for at least 15 minutes before you cut it. Serve it with the below recipe for tomato gravy.
1. Three Tablespoons Butter.
2. Three Tablespoons All Purpose Flour.
3. Two 10 Ounce Cans Rotel Tomatoes With Chilies.
4. One 16 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce.
5. Three Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro.
6. One Teaspoon Sugar.
Melt the butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat and whisk in the flour until smooth. Cook whisking constantly with a wire whisk for one minute.
Whisk in your tomatoes and green chilies and remaining ingredients. Cook for five minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with your meatloaf above as a gravy for the meatloaf. It's also excellent on mashed potatoes served with the meat loaf.
You can if you wish spray the inside of two small loaf pans with vegetable cooking spray and divide your prepared meat up between the two small loaf pans. About half way through the cooking time though carefully pour off the excess cooked out liquid and again when the meatloaf is done. Then top with the tomatoes and chilies and let stand 15 minutes before you cut into thin slices and serve with the homemade tomato gravy.

Here is a delicious recipe for crock pot meat loaf that everyone loves. It's easy to make and it always turns out perfect.
Ingredients And Instructions For Crock Pot Meatloaf.
1. One Pound Package Pork Sausage.
2. One Pound Ground Beef.
3. One Cup Ketchup Divided In Half.
4. One Package Lipton's Dry Onion Soup Mix.
5. Two Large Eggs.
6. One Half Cup Dry Italian Bread Crumbs.
7. Two Tablespoons Brown Sugar.
In a large bowl you'll want to combine the sausage, ground beef, half cup of ketchup, the package of onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and eggs. Beat your eggs well before you add them. When you get the ingredients well mixed together form into a loaf that will fit inside your crock pot or slow cooker. Spray the inside of the crock very well with vegetable cooking spray before you add the meat loaf. This is very important so the meat loaf does not stick.
Cover and cook on high for five hours. Its very important that you spray the inside of the crock of the crock pot or slow cooker so the cooked meatloaf will come out easily.In the last thirty minutes of cooking time pour the remaining ketchup and the brown sugar mixed together into the crock pot or slow cooker so the outside of the meat loaf gets coated with the ketchup and brown sugar mixture.
I promise you that you'll end up with one of the most delicious meatloaf's that you'll ever taste. Now listen when you get ready to pour the ketchup and brown sugar into the crock pot or slow cooker its very important that the two get very well mixed together. This is one of the most important things about this recipe. That ketchup and brown sugar is going to give your meatloaf a taste you won't get any other way.

Meatloaf Stuffed With Mushrooms And Bacon

Saute Your Bell Peppers
You can take the seeds out of a red and a green bell pepper and cut the peppers into thin strips. Saute those peppers in two tablespoons of real butter with a teaspoon of very fine minced garlic until the peppers are done but not browned. Serve the red and green peppers with the stuffed meatloaf.
