Yields: Serves Two

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Grape Seed Oil
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger, Stripped and Finely Diced
  • 1 large Clove Fresh Garlic, Stripped and Finely Chopped
  • 1 Zip lock freezer bag
  1. The Rub - Mix 1 tsb. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning, 1 tbs. Brown Sugar and 1 tsb. Lemon Pepper together
  2. Sprinkle mixture over Salmon and rub into fish.
  3. The Marinade - Place oil, 1 tbs. Brown Sugar, ginger, garlic orange juice and soy sauce in small bowl, stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Place fish in Freezer Bag and pour marinade over them. Marinade at least 3 hours (over night is better)
  5. Place Fish in Broiler and Broil 7 minutes on both sides or ( depending on thickness of fillets) until fish flakes with a fork
