Healthy Cinnamon Tea
- 1 tsp Black tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cardamom
- A pinch of fennel seeds
- Sugar/Brown sugar (Optional)
- Add some water to a sauce pan and place it on stove.
- Add cinnamon stick ,cardamom and fennel seeds.
- Once the water boils , its color will change to slightly green.
- Add black tea and let it boil to bring the color.
- Now add milk as required. Milk would bring a light golden brown color to tea.
- Let it boil again.
- When the boil comes turn off the stove and strain the tea into a cup.
- Add sugar or brown sugar as per your taste. Half teaspoon should be enough.
- The aroma from cardamom brings freshness to the tea.
- Cinnamon helps boost the metabolism.
- Fennel seeds have amazing health benefits and improve digestion.
