Super Delicious Beef Burgers

Every time I make these beef burgers, I always run out. They are easy to make and does not require a lot of time.

This is a versatile recipe that can be made into different types of dishes. You can make burgers, kebabs, or a succulent tasty meatloaf. I hope you love this beef burger recipe as much as everyone else. Enjoy!


  • 2 lbs beef, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil, (use cooking oil of your choice)
  • Large frying pan that can go from stove top to oven

Yields: 6 to 8 servings


In a large bowl add mince meat, eggs, chopped thyme, chopped green onion, steak seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. Mixed ingredients thoroughly with a large spoon or with hands.


Form burgers to desired shape and size.


Cooking instructions

  • Before you start cooking the burgers, preheat your oven at 350 degrees.
  • Heat oil in frying pan and place your burgers in the pan and sear each sides for 2 mins.
  • Remove from stove top and cover the pan with tinfoil, pierce a few holes in the top of the tin foil with a knife to release steam.
  • Put in the oven for 15 minutes, remove tin foil and turn them over and place back in oven uncovered for another 15 minutes.
  • Turn off oven and cover with a lid until ready to serve.


To serve on a bun, spread your favourite dressing on both sides of the buns, add cheese to the base of the bun, followed by baby mixed romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumber, finally stack the burgers on top and close the burger. Place on individual plates and serve.
