Think Before You Eat: Facts & Your Average Consumption
Disgusting Food Facts:
Cinnamon - This really bothers me..There is an average of 11% or more of rodent hair in every 50mg of our beloved cinnamon!
Peanut Butter - There is an average of over 30 insect pieces/body-parts in every 100 mg's of peanut butter and apple butter too..
Maraschino Cherries - Average 5% or more cherries are rejects due to maggots.
Frozen Broccoli - Mites and aphids - I kid you not! There is an average of 60 or more aphids/mites in every 100mg of frozen broccoli! And broccoli was one of my faves!
Asparagus - I would NOT by it canned or frozen anymore if i were you. New facts show that canned and frozen asparagus have beetle eggs and sacs on them. It is said that asparagus can have as much as 6 eggs for every 10% of the product.
Mcdonald's Milkshakes - There are over 50 different chemicals in these milkshakes just to imitate the taste of real strawberries or chocolate. Which i find pretty disturbing - wouldn't it just be easier to actually use real strawberries?!
Chicken Nuggets - As far as i am concerned chicken nuggets are not actually chicken. They are made from a foul pink paste which goes through a chemical process which is a terrible cause for bacteria. Then they are flavored with even more chemicals and dyed white to look like real chicken. How disgusting!
Canned Beets - There is an average of 5% per can to have dry rot.
Canned Greens - There is bound to be at least a hint of mildew in there but usually there is more - all the way up to 10%
Candy That Shines - Shellac isn't just used to shine wood or to make your fingernails pretty. That's right... Its also used to make certain foods shiny such as jelly beans! Just imagine that!
Packaged Cheese - Any cheese that's labeled as processed stay away from! This cheese is filled with preservatives, additives, unnatural flavors, and of course chemicals. So this cheese is actually only about 45% cheese.
Fast Food: Beef Or Chicken - So is it beef or chicken? Most fast food restaurants even give you a choice - but it doesn't make that much of a difference which you choose. Most chicken items actually contain beef additives and extracts.
Salad - Is it actually the healthy choice? Probably not. Fast food restaurants are now offering "healthier" items on their menus to attract more customers by leading them to believe that these items are not as bad as that big greasy hamburger but that's not always the case. Most salad items have heavy amounts of antifreeze chemical compounds which is not only terrible for your heath but can also leave you with irritated skin.
Soda - You have probably already heard about soda because its nothing new but it is FACT that every can of soda contains at least 10 teaspoons of sugar and that is well over the daily recommended intake for sugar.
Lunch Meat - Literally filled with bacteria that is also found in hot-dogs. We are still wondering why the FDA approves this foulness!
Fast Food In General - The average fast food eater will have ate an estimated 10 pubic hairs in just one year. That information alone is enough to make me want to vomit!
Mountain Dew - Actually contains/ is laced with flame-retardants.. uhh, what?! But i am serious. And consuming this on a daily basis can actually lead to memory loss, skin problems, and nerve disorders while also doing a number on your health and calorie/sugar intake.
Blue Fish - Including Herring All i am going to say is - Parasitic Cysts! NASTY!
Red Fish - Parasites and pus pockets.. and your eating that...
Fruit Nectar's - could contain up to 12% mold!
Raisins (Natural or Golden Bleached) - Contains sand!
Wheat - 9mg's or more of rodent poop per kilogram.
Food Additives (The TRUTH) :
Food additives are used to preserve a products flavor or to make the flavor better/stronger.
Most Popular Additives - Nitrites and Sulphites which can kill and prevent from foods getting moldy.
Aspartame - In the long term can cause seizures, headaches and even blindness.
MSG - In the long term can cause seizures, headache, nausea, and chest-pain.
Sulfur Dioxide - In the long term can cause breathing problems, low blood sugar levels, tingling sensations and even shock.
Food Additives Are From (The TRUTH):
This is quite disgusting but its the truth!
Beaver Anal Glands - Beaver anal juice (sorry!) is used to enhance the flavor of raspberry flavored sweets.
Cow Stomach - Most Cheeses contain whats called "Rennet" and it is found in the stomach of young cows.
Female Beetle Secretions - Found in skittles, and sprinkles. Its purpose is only to make them more shiny looking.
