This Dish: King Ranch Chicken Is Fit for a King

Do not let this title, (King Ranch) fool you. This recipe is all-American and as down-to-earth as any recipe you can find. Yes, I love to share those easy-to-fix recipes for the young people who have jobs and do not have time to sit down and enjoy a dish of this nature. But I promise that you will enjoy every delicious bite of this festive recipe. Hurry up and read the ingredients and instructions.
King Ranch Chicken
1 boiled chicken, deboned and cubed (no salt or pepper)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
Mix chicken with all ingredients. Layer the chicken mixture, a layer of Dorito chips, a layer of Cheddar cheese and repeat. Add a little broth on top. Bake at 350 deg. For 20 minutes. Use a 9 x 9-nch pan. You can prepare this recipe and place in the refrigerator to cook when you get home from work. And of course, you WILL take your time and make sure that this dish is not eaten-up too quick.
