As a child, we don't have enough money to buy expensive gifts for our mother and whenever we want to surprise our mother with something special, we just sit somewhere and think that one day, I will give my mom something special which will give her real happiness. So, that day has come. You can make something special for your mom just by sitting at home, and at a really cheap price. But I assure you that this will be your mom's most special and memorable moment because today, I am gonna tell you how to make the easiest and most delicious chocolate cake at home in just a few minutes and with a few ingredients. And trust me, it's every mother's dream to get a fresh chocolate cake in her bed. So, lets get started...

Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)

Baking Powder
1 + 1/2 Tablespoons
Butter
5 Tablespoons
Milk
As Required (To make soften cake batter)

Most of these ingredients are already present in your kitchen and are also easily available at your nearest store.

Recipe:

  • Grind sugar.
  • Take a bowl, add cake flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder in it.
  • Mix it well with the help of a beater or a fork.
  • Now take some butter in a small bowl, microwave it for about 40 seconds to melt it.
  • Add this butter into the dry ingredients.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now, add little amount of milk in it and mix it.
  • Keep on adding more milk until the batter has a nice consistency.

  • Now take a tiny microwave-proof bowl.
  • Grease it with melted butter.
  • Add cake batter in it.
  • Microwave it for about 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, open the microwave and put a toothpick in the cake.
  • If the toothpick comes out clean, that means your cake is ready.
  • If the toothpick doesn't comes out clean, microwave the cake for a few more seconds or may be minutes.

  • Once your cake is nicely baked, now it's time to make chocolate sauce.
  • Add cocoa powder and grounded sugar in milk and beat it until a thick chocolate syrup is formed.

  • Now to decorate the cake, you will need some coco mo or Oreo biscuits.
  • Put them nicely on the cake.
  • Decant all the chocolate syrup on the cake.
  • Now take an old mother's day card.
  • Cut the card where wishes for your mother are written.
  • Place this piece of card on the cake. And the cake is ready.
