Ingredients for Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 Cans Flaked Tuna Drained
  • 1 Spoonful Organic Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard, (optional)
  • 1 Spoonful Organic Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Large Onion Chopped
  • 1 Spoonful Zucchini Relish

Instructions for Healthy Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe

  1. Blend all ingredients together in large mixing bowl using a spoon or fork. Consistency should be as moist as you like your sandwich. So you may need to add a little more mayonnaise and yogurt.
  2. Season with pepper to taste.
  3. Toast and butter 2 slices of whole grain bread. Add a generous amount of tuna salad. Top with fresh lettuce.

Variation:

Replace zucchini relish with traditional cucumber relish. Or you could leave out the relish and instead add a few chopped black olives to taste.
