A quick and healthy alternative to hamburgers, is this turkey burger. This turkey burger is also a great way to consume vegetables.

Yields: Makes 4 Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Ground Turkey, Raw
  • 4 Baby Carrots, Cooked
  • 2 tbs Onions, diced
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped finely
  • 2-3 tbs Mushrooms, diced
  1. Blend all ingredients together and form 4 turkey burgers. (May make more or less depending on how big or small you like your burgers)
  2. Once you have assembled the turkey burgers warm up the pan. Each burger should cook 3-4 minutes per side. (This will depend on the thickness of the turkey burger so watch carefully.)
  3. If you are watching calorie intake serve on sandwich thins; 100 calories
