  • 4 strips of bacon (If you love bacon and enjoy the taste feel free to add more it is optional)

Directions

  1. Nook potatoes in the microwave until done
  2. Slice in half
  3. Spoon out the insides of the potatoes into a mixing bowl
  4. In bowl add sourcream, butter, and shredded cheese
  5. Fry your bacon strips, cut into pieces and add them also
  6. Salt and pepper you potato shells and bake for 15-20 mins
  7. Add your mix in the bowl back into the potato, place back in oven and rebake for 10 minutes
  8. Take out of oven add sour cream(If more is desired) and shredded cheese on top
  9. SERVE!!

Note: I found while I am slicing my potatoes in half, and trying not to burn my hands if I hold them with a potholder it makes it A LOT easier! And less painfull.
