Two Great Pasta Recipe's

Chunky Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients: 1 lb. of ground beef

              1 medium onion
              garlic (as desired)
              28 oz. canned tomatoes
              24 oz. canned spaghetti sauce (I usually use Ragu Brand)
              1 small or medium green pepper
              4 oz. mushrooms 
Brown ground beef. Then add chopped onion, chopped garlic  (if using real garlic,           
chopped green pepper, and chopped mushrooms. Cook until tender. Then add the
canned tomatoes, then the spaghetti sauce.
Double, triple recipe', and so forth, if needed.

Simple Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients: 16 oz.lasagna noodles

32 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (without potatoes)

32 oz. Ragu Garlic-Parmesan Sauce

Onion, to taste

Boil lasagna. When done, layer the lasagna with the vegetables and noodles. Bake in oven,

at 350 degrees, for 1/2 hour, or until hot.

These are two of my own little recipe's, and we just love them! Hope you will too!!

      I absolutely love quick and simple. So many of us are so, so busy. I have never made a vegetable lasagna before (seemed like too much work). Think I will try this the next time the family comes over. They love anything Italian. :) Great Hub.
