Vegan Spiced Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Special diets are ever more common in today's society. As a Chef, I chose to adapt. This recipe is gluten free, in addition to, being vegan and has zero refined sugar when using all natural peanut butter.
Super easy to make and tastes like the real deal! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Raw Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Dark Agave Nectar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Place mixture in an 11'x7' glass baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Modifications
Use any nut butter in place of the peanut butter to change up the flavor. Macadamia butter is my personal favorite.
Add a dash of cayenne powder for an extra kick.
Replace vanilla extract with almond extract.
