Vegetarian Cookbook Review: American Wholefoods Cuisine

Whether or not you are a vegetarian, American Wholefoods Cuisine by Nikki & David Goldbeck is a terrific addition to your cookbook collection. This book is jam-paced with 1,300 recipes for healthy and delicious foods. With such a huge variety of recipe options, there is something for just about everyone in this delightful vegetarian cookbook.

This outstanding book provides detailed information about the benefits of wholefoods and healthy nutrition for overall wellness. In addition to the huge quantity of recipes that makes this book an excellent value, you'll also find detailed menu planning guidelines, special occasion meal ideas, and many other terrific tips designed to help readers incorporate sound nutritional concepts into their everyday dining habits.

My Recipe Favorites

With so many recipes from which to choose, I had a hard time narrowing my choices down to just a few different dishes to test. So far, everything I have tried has been absolutely delicious. I'm looking forward to trying more American Wholefoods Cuisine recipes in the near future.

About the Authors
