This outstanding book provides detailed information about the benefits of wholefoods and healthy nutrition for overall wellness. In addition to the huge quantity of recipes that makes this book an excellent value, you'll also find detailed menu planning guidelines, special occasion meal ideas, and many other terrific tips designed to help readers incorporate sound nutritional concepts into their everyday dining habits.

With so many recipes from which to choose, I had a hard time narrowing my choices down to just a few different dishes to test. So far, everything I have tried has been absolutely delicious. I'm looking forward to trying more American Wholefoods Cuisine recipes in the near future.
