  • 1/2 Cup Drumstick leaves/Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Flour ( Maida)
  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour
  • 2 Onions, Chopped
  • 2 Green chillies, Chopped
  • Salt, To Taste
  • Oil/Butter, to Fry

Vegetarian Omelette

  1. Mix the Spinach, Flour, Gram Flour, Yogurt, Onions, chillies, Salt and make a batter. Place the non-stick pan on the fire. Pour 1 tsp oil.
  2. When hot pour one ladle of batter on the pan and flatten like an omelette. Turn both sides until done. Eat with tomato sauce or chutney.
