The Easiest & Cheesiest Recipe for Macaroni & Cheese Using Velveeta Cheese
For all you cheese lovers out there, here's a quick an easy recipe to make semi-homemade macaroni and cheese!
- Start by boiling your elbow macaroni's (you decide how much you are going to make).
- After they are done, add your milk (I usually dump until it's the consistency I want), and butter (I use a quarter stick most of the time, depending on how much macaroni I make).
- Here's where it gets cheesy. You can add your favorite kind of cheese to this recipe, but in addition to your favorite kind, throw in between a quarter and half a stick of Velveeta cheese (depending on how cheesy you want it!) This adds a delicious flavor, not to mention, a lot of cheese! When I make this, I only use the Velveeta cheese.
I usually serve this with ham slices that I've fried, along with a can of Bush's Baked Beans. It's a quick and easy supper, and I can be done with it within a half hour. Busy mom's, this ones for you!
