The Easiest & Cheesiest Recipe for Macaroni & Cheese Using Velveeta Cheese

For all you cheese lovers out there, here's a quick an easy recipe to make semi-homemade macaroni and cheese!

  1. Start by boiling your elbow macaroni's (you decide how much you are going to make).
  2. After they are done, add your milk (I usually dump until it's the consistency I want), and butter (I use a quarter stick most of the time, depending on how much macaroni I make).
  3. Here's where it gets cheesy. You can add your favorite kind of cheese to this recipe, but in addition to your favorite kind, throw in between a quarter and half a stick of Velveeta cheese (depending on how cheesy you want it!) This adds a delicious flavor, not to mention, a lot of cheese! When I make this, I only use the Velveeta cheese.

I usually serve this with ham slices that I've fried, along with a can of Bush's Baked Beans. It's a quick and easy supper, and I can be done with it within a half hour. Busy mom's, this ones for you!
