Make Vitamin Juice for your Child - Easy Recipie

Some children really dont like to eat their fruit and vegetables. However in order to get good vitamins and minerals into their little bodies in order to ward off nasty coughs and colds it is important to try to get them to try to taste some fruit or vegetables. Here are some smoothie recipies that my children love to help me make!

Strawberry and Orange Delight

Contains Vitamin C, Potassium, and Calcium.

2 Oranges, 10 Strawberries.

Juice the strawberries and the orange. Serve with crushed ice and drink with a straw. Enjoy!

Berry, Kiwi and Banana Smoothie

Banana Surprise

This is a great juice for children who wont eat their vegetables. It contains iron, calcium, potassium and is great for protecting your little ones against colds.

150g Carrot

100g Orange

100g Banana

1 Dried Apricot

Juice the carrot and orange. Blend the banana and apricot with some crushed ice. Mix all ingredients together.
