White Rice Recipe Ideas for Side Dishes

Everyone in the world should have had white rice before. Everyone knows its a good tasting grain that goes great with a ton of different dishes, from chicken and pork, to fish and beef rice is the universal side dish! Its because of its low profile taste rice can mix so well with other foods, although alone it is bland and really not appetizing! Luckily for us, there are many recipes for making white rice better, so heres a few mix in suggestions I personally use!
The most classic add ons to white rice are butter, pepper, and salt. A good combination of this will make any white rice, wither its perfectly prepared or extra gummy taste good. But new idea is that the over all flavor of the rice itself can change in how it is cooked!
Substitution of Water!
Rice will quickly absorb the flavor of the water it is cooked in, which makes it a perfect idea to use cubes or fresh stalk to flavor it with! These two work best:
Chicken - Use chicken broth or bouillon cubes instead of just plain water.
Beef - Use beef broth or bouillon cubes instead of just plain water.
Vegetable - Use veggie bouillon cubes instead of just plain water.
and my personal favorite
Cheesy rice! Just like pasta, rice can easily be enhanced by simply adding some Parmesan cheese to it after you melt butter in it. You can stop there or you can add salt and pepper, it can never hurt (unless you put too much!).
