The supply of vegetables increases and the people enjoy these with the members of their families. These vegetables are good for health. Its create energy for our body and human brain. In winter each kind of vegetables is abundantly available in the market. We buy varieties of vegetables and eat them with relish. Winter is also a dry season. We can easily move here and there and supply vegetables to every place. In this season by eating plenty of vegetables we can make good the deficit of various vitamins and can be able to keep in good health.
