Wonderful Vidalia Onion Casserole
Easily-Fixed Vidalia Onion Casserole

Look at These Ingredients:
6 to 7 medium vidalia onions
1 stick margarine
grated Parmesan cheese (preferred)
4 oz. Ritz crackers
Here’s How to Make This Tasty Dish:
Cut onions into 1/4-inch rings; saute onions in margarine until tender (do not overcook!) Place half of onions into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 350 degrees (in oven) or until brown.
This recipe serves 6 to 8; cut in half if desired.
