Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe

I discovered these a few years back and they are so delicious. I wouldn't be scared to bet you that you can't eat just one of these. I made them today and I think I ate about a dozen. The flavor of these wings are just so good.

You'll want to have about two pounds of cut up chicken wings to make this recipe with. You can find any of the Chinese or Asian ingredients in the Asian food section of your local supermarket.

Ingredients Needed For Your Sticky Chinese Chicken Wing Recipe

1. Two Tablespoons Of Minced Fresh Garlic.

2. Two Tablespoons Finely Diced Ginger.

3. Four Tablespoons Finely Died Green Onions Including Tops.

4. One Tablespoon Fine Diced Thai Chilies.

5. One Half Cup Soy Sauce.

6. One Half Cup Hoisin Sauce.

7. One Half Cup Chinese Rice Wine.

8. One Half Cup Honey.

9. One Tablespoon Sesame Oil.

10. One Teaspoon Five Spice Powder.

Mix all your ingredients except for the wings in a bowl to make a marinade.

Put your wings in a plastic container that has a lid and pour the marinade over your wings. Put the lid on the container and put into the refrigerator for two hours.

After two hours strain the marinade off the wings and discard the marinade. Cut aluminum foil over the bottom of a large baking pan and bake your wings for one hour turning your wings over after thirty minutes of the bake time.

After one hour your wings should be done and they should look like the wings in the photo above. And I promise you they will be delicious. In fact some of the best wings you'll ever eat in your life.

Southern Fried Chicken Wings

These southern style chicken wings are so delicious and yummy. What you'll want to do here is prepare your chicken wings by cutting them up into wing sections and little drum sticks. Once you have your chicken wings all cut up you'll want to mix two large eggs and two cups of buttermilk in your blender and mix it together until it is very well blended. After it is well blended pour it out into a bowl.

Now in another bowl put the below ingredients.

1. Two Cups Flour.

2. One Small Envelope Ranch Dressing. ( This is the powder )

3. One Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning.

4. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

5. One Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper.

Mix those ingredients together very well.

Now first dip your chicken wings in the buttermilk and egg mixture and then your wings go into the flour mixture. Fry your wings in 350 degree oil until the wings are done and golden brown.

I like to serve these wings with a small bowl of ranch dressing for each person and plenty of celery and carrot sticks for people to dip in their ranch dressing and enjoy along with their southern style wings.

And you can take these same wings after cooking and turn them into delicious barbecue chicken wings that everyone will love. Just put your chicken wings into a bowl and pour a cup of your favorite barbecue sauce into the bowl with the wings. Stir the wings around to make sure your wings get well coated with the barbecue sauce. And there you have not one but two wonderful recipes for chicken wings.

Did you make these chicken wings. What did you, your family and friends think about these chicken wings. Do you have any suggestions, tips or comments then post

Am I deep frying them or just putting a little oil in the pan?

The sauce is great, i added more cayenne pepper than what it said, because I like them spicy, but i didn't like the combination between fried chicken wings and this sauce, I guess I'd rather have them baked or grilled
