While there are hot dog wieners out there made of pork, chicken, and turkey those made of beef will always taste the best. I eat only all beef hot dogs and the reason for this is that mustard, slaw, onion, garlic, and paprika taste the best on a all beef hot dog. I don't know if they have Hebrew National Hot Dogs where you live but if they do you should buy those. They taste the best of any hot dog wiener on the market.
Hot dogs cooked on a charcoal grill will always turn out the best and will taste the best. You need to cook your all beef wieners over indirect heat. You can do this by using a large enough grill and the charcoal fire goes on one side while the hot dog wieners get cooked over on the other side of the grill. You really need a grill with a pull down lid to keep the heat in.

Hot Dog Chili Recipe
1. One Pound Lean Ground Beef.
2. One Large Yellow Onion Diced Up Fine.
3. One Large Red Bell Pepper Cleaned And Diced Fine.
4. Two Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic.
5. Three Tablespoons Chili Powder.
6. One Teaspoon Ground Cumin.
7. One Teaspoon Dried Oregano.
8. One Teaspoon Cinnamon.
9. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.
10. One 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste.
11. One Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar.
12. One Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce.
Take your ground beef and onion and brown in a little vegetable oil. Now mix all your ingredients in a large stock pot and cook for at least one hour adding just a little water if your hot dog chili gets to thick. Set off the burner and allow to cool slightly with a lid on your pot.
How About Some Great Sloppy Joe's
You can turn this recipe into some wonderful Sloppy Joe's by adding 1/2 cup of Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce to the above recipe and serve it on hot steamed hamburger buns.Try making the Sloppy Joe's and serving them with the Cole Slaw recipe below. If you do please post a comment.
Great Southern Cole Slaw Recipe
You will want to run a large head of cabbage through a food processor until it is chopped fine. Add the below to your cabbage.
1. 4 Carrots Peeled And Diced Very Fine.
2. 1 Large Purple Onion Diced Very Fine.
3. 2 Large Red Bell Peppers Diced Very Fine.
4. 2 Tablespoons Vinegar.
5. 1 Cup Mayonnaise.
6. 2 Tablespoons White Sugar.
7. 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt.
8. 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper.
9. 1 Tablespoon Celery Seed.
Mix all of the above ingredients together well in a large plastic bowl or container with a lid. Place your slaw in the refrigerator at least 4-6 hours before you use it on your hot dogs.
Hebrew National Hot Dogs make the Worlds Best Hot Dogs. Grill your hot dogs and steam your buns. Place your cooked hot dog on your hot steamed bun and then add yellow mustard. Now top with the above hot dog chili and then your cole slaw you made above.
And now you have just created the worlds best hot dog. If Hebrew National Beef Hot Dogs are not available in your area go for all beef hot dogs.
