The Worlds Best Chili Recipes

Chili has always been of of my favorite things to eat ever.Over the years that I have been a Chef I have come up with a collection of the best chili recipes ever. So if you love chili like I do slow down and read on for the best chili recipes you will ever eat.

Really Simple Chili Recipe

Here's a really simple chili recipe that anyone can make and serve. It does have some shortcuts but the flavor is there and lots of people we have served this one to say its the best Chili they have ever ate.

1. 2 Large Cans Pinto Beans

2. 2 Large Cans Chili Beans

3. 1 Pound Of Ground Beef

4. 1 Onion Chopped Fine

5. 1 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Garlic

6. 2 Large Cans Tomato Sauce

7. 1 Large Can Tomato Paste

8. 4 Tablespoons Chili Powder

9. 1 Tablespoon Ground Cayenne Pepper

10. 2 Cans Beef Broth

Brown your hamburger until brown and then drain well. Now in a tablespoon of vegetable oil sauté your onion and garlic. Saute until done.   Add  your hamburger, onions and garlic to a large stock pot and then add all your other ingredients.

Now you want to bring the stock pot to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer and simmer on low heat at least an hour. Stir often and add more beef broth if your chili gets to thick.

This really is a great quick and easy chili recipe that tastes delicious.

I grew up eating this delicious chili con carne and I guarantee you that it is one of the best things you will ever eat. The recipe is a little involved but it is really worth the effort.

For Your Chili Con Carne You Will Need

1. 2 Tablespoons of Chipotle  Chili Powder

2. 1 Tablespoon Regular Chile Powder

3. 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cumin

4. 3 Teaspoons Oregano Powder

5. 1 Tablespoon Thyme

6. 6 Strips of Bacon

7. 1 3 Pound Chuck Roast cut into 1 inch cubes

8. 1 Large Sweet Purple Onion Diced Fine

9. 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic

10. 1 14 Ounce Can of Crushed Tomatoes

11. 6 Cups of Water

12. 1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice

13. 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar

14. 4 Cans 14oz. Kidney Beans

15. 1 Teaspoon of Cornstarch mixed up in a small bowl of water

You will want Mexican cheese, sour cream and chopped purple onion for garnish.

In a small bowl your going to want to mix the chipotle, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and thyme and you want to add enough water to make it into a paste and set it aside.

Cook your bacon in a large skillet until brown and remove from the pan and drain. Chop your bacon up and set it to the side.Save your bacon grease on the side also.



You want to sauté your beef cubes in the bacon fat until brown on all sides.

Now you will want to add all of your ingredients to a large stock pot. You will want to bring your Chili Con Carne to a boil and then reduce to a low simmer for 2 hours.

Now take your cornstarch in the water and beat very well to make sure that you have no lumps. Add to your chili con carne and stir well. Cook 30 more minutes and now you are ready to serve the best Chili Con Carne you will ever eat.

You can garnish your chili con carne with sour cream, Shredded Mexican Cheese or Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sliced jalapenos, and fine chopped purple onion.

No Beans Chili

Everyone usually wants a no bean chili recipe so here it is. This chili is great on hot dogs or hamburgers. I guarantee you that your family will love it.

For Your No Beans Chili You Will Need

1. 2 Pounds Of Ground Chuck

2. 1 16 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce

3. 1 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste

4. 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder

5. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper

6. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

7. 1 Medium Onion Chopped Fine

8. 2 Cans Beef Broth ( low sodium if you can find it. )

9. 1 Teaspoon Salt

You will want to fry your ground chuck in a skillet until brown and then drain well and add to a large stock pot. Add in all your other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook at least 1 hour. You can serve this chili as a soup or you can serve it on Hot Dogs or Hamburgers.
