Yogi Tea: the Best Bag Tea You Can Buy

Updated on November 21, 2011

Yogi Teas

Yogi Teas Designed for Your Well-being

Yogi Tea makes dozens of teas each designed with a specific health benefit or flavor. I love flavored tea but I have not found a traditional grocery store tea bag product with the flavors and health benefits Yogi teas have. The types of teas range from organics, caffeine or caffeine-free, herbal and more. Brew multiple tea bags in one cup to mix flavors if you like. Here are a few of my favories:

Kava for Stress Relief - this tea has a strong flavor and helps you relax at any time of the day.

Echinacea for Immune Support - keep your immune system boosted with the organic echinacea root in this tea.

Green Tea Blueberry Detox - this green tea has a strong added blueberry flavor and even tastes great iced!

Berry Detox - the Berry Detox tea works at reducing bloating and the feeling of fullness, drink after meals and feel great all day. This flavor supports the natural detox of the liver.

Soothing Mint Get Regular - this tea is a legitimate alternative to pill laxatives and should not be taken unless you need the benefits of the tea. It is an herbal alternative to over-the-counter pills.

Vanilla Spice for Perfect Energy - this vanilla flavored tea contains some caffeine and is must more flavorful than the standard black breakfast teas with caffeine.

Each grocery store in your area may carry different Yogi tea flavors. Try a variety and find the ones you love the most!

My Favorite Yogi Tea Quotes

Each Yogi Tea Bag has a quote printed on the paper on the end of the tea bag string and I just wanted to share a few of my favorites:

"Without realizing who you are, happiness cannot come to you."

"Say it straight, simple and with a smile."

"Your life is based on the capacity of energy in you, not outside of you."

"The rhythm of life is when you experience your own body, mind and soul."

Enjoy a new quote every time you have a cup of tea! Also on the side of each box you are shows a Yoga pose and highlighted health benefits of each pose.

Where to Buy Yogi Tea

You can find Yogi Tea at almost all major grocery stores and local farmer's market grocers. Yogi tea may be located in the Organic or Natural Food areas of the stores, separate from the other teas and coffee. Visit the official Yogi Tea Site here to locate a store nearest you!

Depending on where you shop, the Yogi Tea will be about $4.99 a box for 16 tea bags. This can be cheaper than the loose teas but are just as flavorful and perfectly blended. At times you can find them on sale for even $3.99 during special grocery events.
