Salmon is rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6. It has fatty acids a good source of vitamin E, thiamine, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, selenium, phosphorus and potassium. It helps with depression. Prevents high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Protects against cancer, and promotes eye health. Salmon makes you youthful by reducing wrinkles, inflamation and puffiness. Here is a healthy and easy salmon recipe you can try today.


  • 2 Salmon, fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon soy souce, or Bragg's Liquid Amino
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. In a glass bowl mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, rosemary, lemon juice, turmeric, ginger, oregano, and honey. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish and cover with aluminum paper. Let it marinade for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake salmon covered for 30 to 45 minutes.
