Yummy Tuna Cakes
Tonight was the first time in years that I made these tuna cakes. They were as easy and delicious as I remembered. My husband has never tried them but he loved them. I think you would be amazed at how good they taste.
These tuna cakes are easy to make. All you need to do is stir the ingredients together. There is no tuna fish that is different than the others. In order to make the tuna cakes, you just take some of the mixtures, roll it in a ball then press down until you make a patty.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 egg
- 1 TBSP onion, minced
- dash paprika
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1 slice bread, small pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna fish, egg, onion, paprika, oregano, and the small pieces of bread. Mix together well. Make it into patties and fry them in a skillet. Fry them like you would hamburg.
