When bubbles are visible put the pasta in it. Ensure that water is double the height of pasta. Add a table spoon of cooking oil and a tea spoon of salt so that pasta do not stick neither at the base of the container nor with with each other. Then keep the pasta on low flame and stir it after medium intervals.
Meanwhile pasta is getting boiled make sauce preparation. Before putting a frying pan on flame, put 1/3 to 1/2 cup of refined flour in it and slowly keep adding milk to it according to the desired concentration of the sauce.
Put the sauce mixture on the flame and keep stirring it. Add a little butter and tagar (bura sugar) to it according to taste. Add water to it to regulate the consistency of the sauce. When sign of bubbles is visible in the liquid, cook the sauce for 1-2 minutes than put it off the flame. Our pasta sauce preparation is ready.
Until then pasta would have been almost cooked. Check it by a knife. If it is being easily pierced it means it is ready. Then, cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes on high flame then remove it and drain all the water.
In the final leg put some butter in a frying pan on low flame. Put all the veggies (onions, capsicums, chilies & broccoli) chopped in large pieces except onion which is to be sliced in the frying pan. After a minute put cooked pasta in the frying pan.
Add salt according to taste and fry the pasta for a few more minutes before adding sauce to it.
Finally add the sauce preparation to it. Mix the entire preparation by tossing it for a few times. Then not waiting much add milk cream to it and sprinkle some freshly grounded black pepper and chilly flakes to give the best taste.
Before serving it in plates grind some mozzarella cheese on the hot pasta to make your delicious pasta even more delicious.
Garnish with mint or basil leaves in the serving plates.
