All kids' favorite

Cotton candy reminds me of the fairs and circuses. This used to be my favorite when I would go to a fair.

That mild taste of the sugar candy just tingling your tongue is unforgettable. Basically a cotton candy is a spun sugar where the sugar is used in very less amount and spun in the air to give it volume.

In this lens I would like to share with all I know about cotton candies and some of the ways I learnt to make them and how you can make it easily in your house if you have kids who love cotton candies.

The joy you get when the candy slowly melts in your mouth releases all your tensions.

Marshmallows, kids' another favorite

Marshmallows are another sugary sweet which people of all the ages love to eat and enjoy the tasty marshmallow melting in their mouth.There are many ways in which you can use a marshmallow. Some of the ways I would love them or had them are:

You can burn it in the campfire and can be added to many recipes like for example to decorate a pastry or a cake.

Can be used as edible glue in candy canes, caramel nests and sugar ribbons since they are sticky in nature when melted and can make strong cohesive bonds.

      We call cotton candy "fairy floss". My memories are similar to yours - always at fairs and fetes and always sickening by the end of it!
