Northland 100 percent cranberry juice does not contain any preservatives or any artificial flavouring or sweetener...so yes you can use it to make wine.
However the juice may not be ideal for yeast to grow so i suggest adding yeast nutrient. Just follow the usual wine making procedure and you will be fine

It will probably depend if it contains sulphites as a preservative, sulphur dioxide is used in wine-making to stop fermentation, if that is in the juice, the yeast won't work. Try an organic juice.
I'd like to know how 100% cranberry juice can include apple and pear, that is not 100%.
Not so much. Anything with a sugar content will ferment, and could make you drunk, but the risk isn't worth the possibility of a horrible hangover and/or food poisoning.
Besides, if it were possible, someone would have already done it.
