I always freeze peeled bananas so they are ready to go, and no need for ice. I never measure. One or two frozen bananas, yogurt or rice milk, scoop of protein powder, and any fruit juice you have in the frig. (apple, orange, or a mixed nectar type) Blend in the blender till smooth. If it gets stuck add more juice. When you're ready to go CRAZY, you could add other fruits in the mix. Fresh or frozen berries or peaches work well. Yum.
