This is by far the easiest, quickest and healthiest recipe for cooking salmon I have come across so far!
What you need:
A salmon steak
Chilli flakes (or fresh chilli)
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle the salmon with the mustard seeds, chilli flakes, salt n pepper. Wrap the salmon with foil, making a pouch so that no air can escape.
Bake in the oven for around 15-20 mins (depending on the size), and voila! You have a juicy, tasty and healthy dinner. AND no washing up!
Serve with salad, baked vegies or rice.
