Am I bad or wrong to say "YES!" I know that I am a good cook. Though I am not a professional, I am a pretty awesome cook, if I do say so.

There are so many wonderful dishes I've created, but my pound cakes and pancakes have to take a tie.

Thank you for the opportunity to toot my own horn. Lol!

I have several but the ones that people comment on the most are: (1) bread pudding w/whiskey sauce; (2) potato salad; (3) chili

Do I like to cook?  I have moments when being in the kitchen creating is wonderful and I have moments when I don't want to go near the kitchen except for a cup of tea.  LOL

yes, I like to believe I'm a good cook, and my husband is as well. We both enjoy the art smile I make a killer spaghetti sauce and baked stuffed haddock, as well as a bean salad (hubbed about the bean salad)...and my husband's claim to fame is grilled pizza...it's outrageously delish!!

i am a great cook.  one of the only things i do well.  the other used to be smoking, but i quit.  i specialize in italian foods, sauce, braciole, meatballs, stuffed artichokes, shrimp scampi, clams casino...getting hungry...stuffed calamari in sauce, eggplant parmesan...have to eat something.

I was once.  I was cooking for 10 people every day or mostly on weekends so that there were meals on week days.  Like everything else, "if you don't use it, you lose it."  I've lost some of the techniques I used regularly because I only cook for myself now and don't make elaborate meals or desserts often enough.  BUt...my recipes are still tried and true so you can make killer meals any time using those recipes.

Sometimes, it depends on how distracted I am. On the other hand, my husband (who is a firefighter) is a wonderful cook.
