I use sazon, recaito, adobo, sofrito, some tomato sauce, onion, potatoes, carrots, garlic, black pepper, maybe even a piece of pumpkin to thicken up the gravy. I may be missing something. LOL
I would have to measure everything out and write it down. I cook with out measuring anything the way my grandmother used to. Once I get it together and down on paper I will definitely share it with you.
