Strangely enough, my answer to this question would have been different just a few months ago.
Most of my life, I would unhesitantly have said Chinese. That is because the Chinese methods of cooking use such fresh ingredients, cooked at very high temperatures, to retain their nutritional content and crunch, as well as flavor.
Although I still love Chinese, my new favorite is Italian. I have always loved Mediterranean cuisine but only recently come to appreciate the true natural and delicious beauty of culinary Italy.
