If you like boiled eggs they are great in a hurry .Also try to add some fruit like an orange The egg will give you protein no matter how you cook it and the fruit will give you fiber and carbs to get you going. Lowfat Greek yogurt is also good as well as a piece of whole wheat toast with a small amt of cheese melted on it. Again giving you the protein to last through to lunch and some carbs to get you going. Recently some good high protein low sugar cereals have come available that I like with a little fruit like half a banana or some strawberries or blueberries.
