   Probably a lemon Victoria sponge cake with lemon butter icing, although lemon syllabub is yummy too and I can't overlook lemon drizzle cake or lemon chicken ......

   My favorite lemon recipe has to be lemon meringue pie. I don't make it personally, but my mother-in-law ensures that my cravings are satisfied by delivering them to me regularly. Lol.

   Mine is a dish of cubed chicken pieces deep-fried in batter, in a lemon sauce sprinkled with bites of dark bitter-sweet chocolate.

   I have two sweet favourites, a delightfully thin lemony biscuit, perfect for munching with a good cup of tea. Also the most amazing sweet, rich and tangy lemon slice can't be beaten as an incredible dessert or indulgent snack. These are both from the same cookbook - Mix & Bake by Belinda Jeffery.
   
   My savoury lemon favourite is to pour a lot of lemon juice over herb and spice encrusted chicken as it browns in a pan.

   I love making my gluten free lemon dessert bread.  I also have a recipe that I haven't tried yet for a gluten free lemon cake with lemon filling and lemon frosting.
