Plan ahead and don't attempt to do everything by yourself.
Keep your focus on what the holiday is really about. (Spending time with those you love and counting your blessings for another year together). If the meal doesn't come out "perfect" or exactly as you hoped then it wasn't meant to be.
"Don't sweat the small stuff". Laugh and enjoy your time with your family and friends! Cook only if YOU (enjoy) cooking. If you enjoy doing something then the "stress" is part of the (fun) in pulling it off!
You always have the option to order a cooked Thanksgiving meal from your local grocery store or a Honeybaked Ham and pick up deserts from Costco or Sams. It's the people not the food that make holidays special.
