Haggis is Scottish and its a pudding made from the heart, liver and lungs of a sheep minced with herbs and spices usually encased in the animals stomach. Sounds gross if you ask me...

Haggis is from Scotland, and I think it's made of sheep innards and oatmeal. I've never tried it personally.
I thought it was from Ireland. I thought it was made from kidneys, livers, and a heart from a goat that is ground together to make a meat pie.
