I like fried tilapia with lime. You need to coat the tilapia fillets using flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs, which should be seasoned and be combined with the rind of a fresh lime. Fry the fillets in oil until nicely browned. Then squeeze some lime juice over the top. Remove from the frying pan and place on kitchen paper to absorb some of the fat. Serve with baked potato wedges and coleslaw. Depending on how tangy you like your food, you can squeeze more lime juice over the fish.
