Here is a dead-bang winner. And one you may not have thought of. From my cookbook, Bubbie's Secrets (c) 2004.

Dilled Cottage Cheese
2 pounds Cottage Cheese (small curd)
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 cup green onions, minced, green portion only
1/2 tsp. celery salt (or 1/8 tsp. celery seed and 1/2 tsp salt)
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Mix well and refrigerate.
Makes about 10 servings
Note: This mixture will be ready to serve within about 30 minutes of mixing. The longer it sits the stronger it gets (caraway flavor). We prefer to eat it within a day or so.
