It depends on what kind of wine you are talking about. White wine..little to none.
Red wine contains RESVRERETROL (not sure if I spelled that correctly), which has been shown to slow aging, but you would have to drink about 1000 glasses a day to get enough to truly stop aging, yet that would kill your liver. There are companies working to isolate and sell just that part.
Red wine also contains antioxidants that are good for your overall health. Further, it thins your blood, which is good for your heart.
Beware, though, drinking red wine daily stains your teeth a pretty nasty grey color. Also, only one or two glasses a day is recommended.
Finally, it can reduce stress levels for obvious reasons and induce sleepiness. That pretty much sums it up!
