Recently diagnosed as borderline diabetic. Need ideas that make adjusting my diet more workable.

I like sugar free jelly/jello. It doesn't exactly fill you up but if you're looking for a snack to calm your sweet tooth then it's really satisfying and has practically no calories.

Other snacks I work through
- Carrots and humus
- Berries and yoghurt (I love strawberry and raspberry but whatever you fancy)
- home made frittattas.. eggs mixed with whatever veg, meat or other ingredients you fancy
