Well, some say to don't drink coffee but I don't know anyone who followed this rule completely. More important - try to eat healthy because two people are involved but not overdo it - or else it will be hard to lose weight later.
Unless the doctor expressly forbids it, I think a little of everything is OK, especially foods you may be craving. You may be craving broccoli, yogurt, or paprika chips! I craved green olives when I was pregnant with my daughter - I ate about 20 a day or more if I could!
