12-15 JUMBO uncooked, shrimp in the shell
Soyaki (from Trader Joes)
Put shrimp in baggie with juice from one lime, handful of chopped, fresh cilantro, tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix Soyaki, Crushed Peanuts, Green Onion, Juice from other lime and Cilantro in a bowl. Pour mixture on a plate ( I used a white serving platter).
Grill Shrimp, in the shells for 2-3 minutes on each side. Put shrimp on top of mixture and serve. So tasty and looks great too!
