    What cut of beef do you have the butcher grind? Interesting. I may have to try this method. :) I know when I eat ground beef at friends who raise their beef when visiting in GA, it tastes so much better than store bought.

    What is a good source for single-source grass fed beef? A local abatoir? For some reason, the idea of using meat blended from 100s of cows is, well, unappetizing. :P Good tip. Thank you.
