    Even though I am not Chinese, my favorite food is Chinese. "I could eat it every day."

      yeah, Chinese food is delicious,  I actually want to learn more about the medical side of it, applying into taste&healthy recipes

    Although I like a little bit of anything, Indian food is one of my favorites. All the pungeant spices, garlic and ginger is hard to beat!

    Thai, for me when it comes to cooking the spicier the better. So some close seconds are Ecuadorian food, New Mexico style Mexican food and Indian.

      Think Baja Mexican food but a lot more spices and they use a lot of fruit in their cooking. Also they like to wrap a lot of dishes in banana leafs when they cook them (fish or tamales for example)also black beans instead of refried.
