Hello Angela, first many products that are labeled organic sometimes are not truly organic in nature. To answer your question yes there is still a risk of E-coli for cattle because the E-coli bacteria live naturally in cattle and our guts; and eggs can still have the danger of the Salmonella species. Remember no matter how careful you grow or raise a commodity there is always a risk of contamination by the ground, rainwater run-off and other factors.
