Acxtually my fav is so simple it almost doesn't count.
I take a organic tangy apple, core it, slice it very thin.
Then I use a homemade pie crust. or even the bought one's in the refrig. section, roll it out, place it in a small toaster oven pan.
Line the crust with some soft butter and a sprinkle of organic sugar.
Place each slice to cover a bit over half of the crust, add some cinnamon, a slice of butter and fold the other half of the crust over the apples.
Pinch the edges together, poke some holes with a fork and brush the crust with butter, or milk, or egg wash.
Bake at 425 TILL DONE. i guess about 30 minutes...it depends on your toaster oven though.
Remove , let cool and enjoy...you could always put a scoop of Ice Cream on top,or whatever you prefer.
